I just read an article describing a radio that makes the Elecrafts look
gigantic. Researchers have made a working radio from a single carbon
nanotube that is 10,000 times smaller than a human hair. It consists of an
antenna, a tunable filter, an amplifier and a demodulator and is powered by
a battery. It has been used to broadcast a couple of songs. For those of
the group concerned about knob size, they don't mention anything about the
