If the RFI is on the power supply, wrap the cable for the power supply about 10-15 times in a toroidal core of the proper size and the proper Mhz range or frequency. The toroidal core trick has worked on amplified speakers in the past. You might have to filter both cables into the phone, or make sure all routes for RFI have been filtered.
