Both of these are great ideas. I have a high-current cigarette lighter plug with APs on it. Likewise, I have everything I can get my hands on that is twelve volts setup with Andersons. One of my favorites is my light. At K-Mart, Home Depot and other stores (not Wallmart) is a lamp called a "closet light". It is an 8 watt, 12 volt light that uses 8 AA batteries. I modified mine to have an AP connector on it. The newer ones come with female barrel connectors on them for external power. Mine comes in really handy during a brief power outage, or for lighting the rear of my cargo van. > -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
