Not exactly. R and R- are always consistent, but the K2 LO sense is inverted on 15-10m. This means that the opposite sideband is used to reverse the inversion.

So, the filter shape you see using R on 40m will be R- on 15m and vice versa, but the actual sideband you receive will always be LSB and USB, respectively.
