Thanks to all who have responded so far to my questions about the T1 autotuner. The main feature, other than the great reviews that I've read about it, that attracted me to the T1 is the fact that it has a self-contained power supply (a 9V battery).
In my original post, I mentioned that I used dedicated end-fed halfwave wires with quarterwave radials. I cut my wires using the calculations on KD4SAI's webpage (http://www.qsl.net/kd4sai/antencal.html). I use only 1 radial/counterpoise. Sounds like I may need to use several radials if I go with the T1. Again, thanks for your responses. Keep 'em coming!!
