I installed the KPA3 thins morning. Everything looks right but I can't
adjust power output beyond 12.0. Has anyone installed a KPA3? Could I
be missing something? KPA3 CONFIG option is set to "nor". I get a
distinct click when I switch the option to "tst" and the fans work fine.
