I really like the way the variable-bandwidth crystal filter works in my Wildnerness Radio Sierra QRP transceiver. Since that radio had the same designer (Wayne N6KR) I assume the basic technology is the same. i.e. a varactor-tuned crystal ladder filter.
Any guesses on when the variable-bandwidth crystal filters will be available? Any guesses on what bandwidth ranges they will likely cover?
