I think pretty much all email programs can be set up to filter messages. For example I am running an old version of Ximian Evolution on a Linux computer. It's in the "Tools" > "Filters" directory. I think Outlook calls it "Rules". But for that to work, it's important for posters to remember to put "K3", "K2" or whatever in the subject line. I myself have been pretty absent-minded about this in the past - I'll try to do better in future.
