I'm using a K2 connected to my Intel Mac Mini via a generic prolific serial-usb interface, and then running Win XP in Parallels. Ok, I like doing it the hard way!
I have installed Julian's K2Net software - both server and client on the same virtual XP machine just to test it before I try from work. It works, (although I haven't tested the audio yet, but I anticipate no problem there) except that all I get on the client's freq display is mostly garbage. I can change bands, turn preamp on and off, put the K2 into Tune mode etc., it's just seems to be the display data that is causing problems. It's not life or death, but I'd be grateful for any advice!
