Yes, it is true that there are many screwhead types.
Contrary to comments earlier on this reflector, using a Pozidrive as a Phillips screwdriver is not always a good idea - the Pozidrive will not fit into a correctly sized Phillips screwhead forcing one to use a smaller size Pozidrive. One thing for certain, those "Phillips" screwdrivers that have a sharp tip are not Phillips type at all - either blunt the point with a grinder until it fits with precision into a Phillips screwhead or buy a proper Phillips screwdriver. I always have preferred Xcelite brand screwdrivers - they fit my hands quite nicely and feel comfortable in use.
