Finally got around to slaving my SteppIR control box to the K3 for automatic
frequency change. No problem at all. I simply used the "Y" cable from
SteppIR, of which there is a diagram in the files section of the SteppIR Yahoo
Group.
Kenwoods and Elecraft need to have a Radio Control program running to interface
the hookup. Simon has provided that service with K3 support on Ham Radio
Deluxe.
