I agree, Jerry. I'm new to this group and to HAM radio in general (K1 assembly currently sidelined by graduate school), and used to get a kick just reading through all of the daily banter and back and forth building and operating advice. Reading this group's posts was the whole reason I got interested and excited about building and operating in the first place. You all have been for me (and maybe other newbies) sort of "ambassadors" of HAM radio (and Elecraft).
Anyway, I'm looking forward to seeing that kind of spirit again (either as soon as folks receive their K3s and get them up and running and chatting things up again, or even BEFORE their shipment comes in). I've got nothing to go on but the great response I've gotten from them in the past and the amazing reputation they and their products have earned with you all over the years. But it seems to me that Eric and Wayne and their team are working their tails off, and once things are on line again, we'll get to read everyone's raves and modification plans for yet another great product. Hoping to meet you on the air soon... Jay M.
