Brett, of course they care about these modes, or they would not have added AM at the same time they had an obvious difficulty with an essential feature - the noise reduction (now fixed from all reports). FM, as I'm told, will work just as soon as the 15 KHZ crystal is available, there is no firmware left to code for that. Wayne - Eric, please correct me on that if I am wrong. Also please let us know about the absolute requirement of buying the 5khz filter for anyone that wants to transmit AM at any power level. tu ..
