Hi Folks. My 2nd batch K3 will be used primarily for 6m and as a driver for a 2m transverter - afterall, that's the sole purpose of a good HF rig isn't it? :-). I have 2 questions I hope someone can answer..
1. Despite studying the sub-receiver / antenna switching diagram, I just can't see how to monitor 6m and 2m at the same time using the sub-receiver unless I buy a KAT3....I presume the XV144 will have to be routed by default from the KXV3 to the main receiver. Can someone help me? 2. Grateful to Toby for posting some pre-amp off MDS readings for 14MHz - anyone checked it on 28MHz yet?
