Hi David, I'm not sure what happened there.. If you don't mind, next time you load the firmware, select "Verbose Logging" from the "View" menu. This will give a more detailed Activity Log. If a failure should occur again, copy the contents of the Activity Log (instructions on how to do this are in HELP) into an email and send it to me.
