Yes.. I am using the KUSB successfully with the Mac OS version of the K3 Utility. Be sure you have the latest OS X driver for the Prolific chip set (v1.2.1r2 ). It can be found here: http://www.prolific.com.tw/eng/downloads.asp?ID=31 David, W4SMT
