I have a Jetstream JTPS28M ($99 from R&L Electronics) that I am using to power a Yaesu FT-900 and a Kenwood TS-850S that is rated 25 amps continuous and 32 amps intermittent. I have been very happy with this supply. It includes voltage and current meters and binding post as well as cigar lighter type connections. It powers both transceivers on receive and one at a time on transmit. Jetstream now offers a JTPS35BCM 35 amp supply with provisions to connect and charge a backup battery. I am probably going to purchase one of these for my K3 to get the battery provision.
