My two previous radios, an Orion and FT-1000MP, both had the capability to adjust the tx audio passband up/down in frequency within the audio spectrum. The MP had carrier offset adjustments in the menu and the Orion has a low freq cutoff adjustment in its menu (which shifts the passband) in addition to its TX EQ adjustment.
I'm concerned that in looking through the K3 manual, I don't see any adjustment of this sort with the K3, either in the normal ssb mode or ESSB. Are ssb tx passband adjustments in the K3 limited to TX EQ? If so, is there a spec on what the tx audio passband is adjusted to at the factory with the stock 2.7Khz filter?
