Build or buy one of the many "front end saver" type devices. Search Google for "Front end saver." Connect the control input to the HSEND line on ACC(2) of the 746Pro. When properly designed and controlled, the FES can disconnect and ground the K3 IF Out and switch the 746Pro output to a dummy load or antenna.
Note however, the 746 Pro should not be capable of transmitting when tuned to the K3 IF frequency anyway - it's out of band. 73, ...
