There was much discussion in Nov/Dec of using the Aux I/O Pin 7 TX INH line as part of a qsk keying loop interface with modern amplifiers (e.g. Acom). Wayne indicated in December that the firmware change was being made (see http://mailman.qth.net/pipermail/elecraft/2007-December/079205.html)
Can someone confirm that selection of OFF/LO=INH/HI=INH is now in production firmware? I believe that Acom amplifier interfacing will require setting it to HI=INH (i.e., a low level will enable tx). Is there a convenient +5V source for wiring the required pull-up resistor to Aux I/O Pin 7? To date, has anybody actually implemented this in their K3 - amplifier interface and can report on how well it is working?
