If you don't mind winding toroids, a set of switchable bandpass filters
should do the trick:

"Inexpensive Interference Filters"

QST, June 1994, pp 32-36

These filters each cover an entire amateur band, so don't help with
phone/CW stations on the same band. For Field Day, the local club would
locate all the CW stations at one end of the site and all the SSB at the
other end, and then use these filters on each station.
