I bought an MFJ-4125 for use when the K3 arrives. The fan noise is not horrible, but noticeable. I plan to just put the power supply under the desk which should attenuate the noise considerably.
That works because the -4125 does not have meters. You probably want to keep the -4225 on the desktop so you can see the meters.
