Another fully documented feature that I never noticed in the manual until Wayne suggested it is pressing DISP when you are in the CONFIG menu, you get scrolling text telling you what any setting does and what the default value is without needing to find a value in the reference. One can poke, twist, and twiddle with impunity. ;-)
