The 1 PPM and 5 PPM oscillators should have about the same phase noise,
which is very good. They also are not the limiting factor for phase
noise in the radio.

This is assuming the 4ppm which one will get with out implementation of
firmware correction and 4.5 ppm delta which one will obtain once this
