Hi I am building my second K2 and have a problem, which is no supprise, considering my age (74) and lack of eyesight! I'm doing the PLL reference oscillator range test. Alignment test part 2.
When I tap band plus I get a reading of 12099.53 mhz, but when I tap band minus, nothing changes, even if I hold band minus nothing changes. the frequency stays on 12099.53 The band minus key works fine for changing bands, and if I hold band minus it goes to the stor 9-0 menu. So this leads me to believe the problem is not the switch, but somewhere on the control board.
