Doug, if you hold Shift/Lo for 1-2sec, you just restore the NORM setting
into whichever filter preset (I or II) is engaged. You do "get back to
NORM". NORM becomes the new setting for I or II, whichever is engaged. It
has no effect on the other filter preset.
