It appears I should not announce anything while I am tired. For some silly
reason Daylight Savings Time started without anyone telling me. No TV, radio,
or paper so I must depend on the kindness of strangers (Blanche).
If my back of the envelope (truly, it is on an envelope) calculations are
correct the net times should be 2300z and 0200z or 4 PM and 7 PM PDT
respectively.
Hopefully you all can find a free moment to meet with us on ECN.
