I have one that's right over the rig...and as far as I can tell, it isn't making noise....I unscrewed it and there was no difference in the QRN.

What I did notice is that the light from the defective bulb was rapidly pulsating...but you had to look very closely to notice it.

So.....one night I will turn off all the lights in the house and see if the background noise gets less.
