Nicolas, Sounds like a loose connection or solder/wire causing the issue. I highly recommend going through the board and looking closely at all of the components and solder connections. Every problem I ever had was basically one of solder connections. Either I missed one or got interrupted and didn't finish one correctly.
Good luck I know you will figure it out. Don't forget to put it aside and give it a rest every now and then as well. It works great to take a break.
