Doug that page says you *save* $59.96 but the price is actually $89.99.  I
bought mine from holyhip on eBay for $89.99 including Priority mail
shipping.

The impedance is 36 ohms which is a good match for the K3 and I notice no
noticeable difference in sound, other than external sound isolation, versus
the Heil Pro-Sets I've used for years.  I was first concerned they might be
a little tight but after using them for awhile I don't notice any problems
at all in wearing them for extended periods.
