I am wondering if the TX EQ only works in SSB mode or if it also effects the CW
tone as well. Does anyone have an answer to this? I would like to be able to
shape the CW tone a little.
Tx EQ only applies to modes where audio is used to create the final
transmission. So it applies to AM, FM, SSB, DATA A and AFSK, but not
FSK-D, PSK-D or CW.
Rx EQ applies to all modes, so if you wish to alter what you hear, it
works in CW.
