Anyone with a new K3 would be well advised to be monitoring the reflector every day ... things are happening that quickly. Plus, knowing many others were having the same problem could have saved you a lot of time fooling around with "parameter possibilities."

If you haven't had time to check out the website lately, you may also wish to avail yourself of the three factory hardware modifications that are available.
