These 'sub-strings' caused a lot of near-field instability: information coming in one ear would leave the other before it could be processed, or we found ourselves speaking different things from opposites of our mouths - very uncomfortable. However, one mode temporarily produced 'eyes in the back of the head' awareness in one of the staff which was useful but we have not been able to duplicate that configuration. 73 Rob KC6ROC
