Do you have FL1 (6 kHz) selected for CW mode in the filter parameter in CONFIG? When the FL1 parameter is selected in CONGIG and you are in CW mode, it should indicate 'YES' rather than 'NO'. For TX, use only the 2.7 or 2.8 kHz filter for CW, SSB and DATA modes. Selecting any other TX BW will generate a TXF error on transmit.
