I don't seem to have the steps by which one sets the KXV3's output to
1.00 mw for use with XV144..
Here is what I've tried: (1) Set Band to 28 MHz. (2) Set CONFIG to
TEST in KVX3, (3) Set power to 1.00 mw, (4) Hold TUNE. After a moment, the
display changes from 1.00 mw to 0.84 mw and when I tap Xmit I get ERR TXG
message.
What am I doing wrong? Has the firmware changed the procedure? Need
some direction.
