Hello I have been having some problems with my K2 which were the lo battery message coming on every eight minutes, the volt meter not working, and the vfo linearization not working on test point 1. The transmit and receive worked really good.. The low battery message was bugging me so I put in a new microprocessor. That cured the low battery message, volt meter not working, and the linearization on test point 1. The new microprocessor is the same as the old one since the rig is only two months old. Now nothing works! The receiver is totally dead, and the transmitter output is zero. I can't go through the set up procedure again because I keep getting the info 232 message, regardless of how I go to 40 meters. Anyone have any ideas?
