It's a little plastic tube just soft enough to stretch over the two main sizes of nuts. Makes it SO much easier to start those little buggers. You'll need to find an Old Master who saved them from the good old days. Get on his good side, and MAYBE he'll give you a nut starter he saved from the good old days.
