Hello all, Well I hiked 27-miles in four days and met a bunch of interesting people. In fact I met a ham at the ATC Headquarters in Boiling Springs and another ham on the trail. I hiked from Duncannon, PA to Boiling Springs, PA and had a real blast. I also took my "pimped-out" KX1 with me and made contacts along the Appalachian Trail. This hike was the first in a series of four hikes I'm calling my "Footsteps into Maryland Series" of hikes. I started this PA AT Hike a few years ago and hope to finish off Pennsylvania soon.
