I searched the archives and find very little on the PF keys.  The
programmer's reference doesn't seem to shed much light on them.  The owner's
manual says that they (and the M1-4 keys) can be used to store config:
items.

My question:  can/will these keys be used to store macros of K3 commands? 
For instance, one requested function is the M/VFO key that is not on the
front panel that most of the others manufacturers have.  Yes, you have
movement from memory to vfo and back, but not a swap from vfo mode to memory
mode, perhaps using the vfo B key to memory channel tune.

Are these keys envisioned as the user's eventual answer to what they desire
on the front panel keyset?  If not, will there be a non computer-required
method to issue macros to the K3?
