I'm afraid I didn't make myself understood. I'm not suggesting that the RIT
function be locked. I'm saying that when RIT is turned off and the RIT knob
is being used as a coarse tuning knob, lock it along with the main knob.
It's not doing anything except acting as a faster main knob and you can bump
it and knock yourself off frequency (TX and RX) just like bumping the main
knob.
