Ordered Jaunary 3, 2008. Katie-gram June 3, 2008 Received June 11, 2008. K-3/100 SN #1036, KPA3, KAT3, KBPF3, KXV3 assembly complete and on-the-air June 13. Nothing like building something on Friday the 13th! Whole process was really smooth. I'm a long time Elecraft owner/fan but had never even seen a K3 - had high expectations which have been totally surpassed. The radio is a mechanical work of art in addition to how it works! Now to sell my Ten Tec Orion! By the way, I was gonna go to Hamcom to say hi to Eric but leaving my new K3 was out of the question!
