I ordered my new K3 at Dayton which is scheduled for delivery in Sept. My question to the group is:
Will the radio come with some version of software or firmware installed or be "dumb as a box of rocks" just out of the box and require some version of downloading before it will work at all. Any "heads up" for when the radio arrives would be appreciated.
