Hi Tom, I use VMware Fusion on my iMac to run WinXP and several Linux distros. I'm not using HRD or N1MM, but I believe if you hold down the Fn key while pressing the Function keys it should work. I'm not in front of my Mac right now so I'm not 100% sure, but give that a try.
