Ok, that didn't work real well. Or should I say, it worked too well... I set these up on a noisy, empty band along with my room a/c providing lots of ambient noise. When I finally got to try it out on a busy band (SKCC sprint last night), it was way too much boost. Finally, I just turned off the RX eq.
