Michael in DL asserted - just for a test: declare the 6kHz filter (if installed) to be a 2.8 kHz filter (FLx BW)
Michael - your K3 is living in un-truth. The lawyers will find you and take your K3. Better hide it or leave it with me for safe keeping. I will make sure that nobody gets their hands on it but me. !!! There are some other "tricks" I have noticed and enjoyed, but I have been reluctant to mention them for fear that the coders will close that door! Note to Wayne, a front panel indication of the condition (ie. out of band transmit) is enough, no need to chop the output power. In my mind this goes for most everything. ;-) [Elecraft] Transmit through AM-Filter DL5OCD metamorph at t-online.de Thu Jun 26 04:07:18 EDT 2008 Previous message: [Elecraft] K3 Field Day Note: QRO/Battery Next message: [Elecraft] K3/100 kit building slide show - Italian Hello, just for a test: declare the 6kHz filter (if installed) to be a 2.8 kHz filter (FLx BW) and then set FLTX SB to that filter. Enjoy the great TX-sound ! 73 Michael _______________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Post to: [email protected] You must be a subscriber to post to the list.
