I realize that we all work and think differently when it comes to ergonomics.
Personally, I don't use band buttons anymore. The memories are so easy and quick. For each band, I have two, or more, dedicated memories with frequency and mode. Tap M>V, spin the VFO A knob, tap M>V and you are done.
