The program MorseGen on my website has an option to create MP3 files. You
just need to download the optional encoder into the program's folder, and it
will turn the WAV files it produces into MP3s.

You have various options to generate practise material, including random
letters and numbers, simulated QSO overs, or you can feed it a text file and
it will send that as code.
