Right. Almost all problems have more than one component. In problems like this one, the sum is the algebraic sum of all of the leakage paths. Relays DO have capacitively coupled leakage. I think I'm hearing numbers on the order of -60 dB, which is pretty respectable for an antenna relay or switch.
