If you have not already done so, you might try getting a fresh download. It is not unknown for there to be an otherwise undetected hiccup (an error, to use a non-technical term) in the received file. Sometimes trying again will fix this sort of thing. If it happens repeatedly, then it is time to ask questions of the main man.
