I was just about to post comments about the implementation of the RX EQualiser when I came across Thomas's post below. I'm now using the elecraft k3 utility program (command tester) to hop quickly between RX EQ settings on the K3....brilliant, thanks! Here are some cw suggestions to try:
CW RX FLAT AI0;K31;MN008;SWT53;MN255;K30; CW RX 400Hz AI0;K31;MN008;SWT53;SWT24;DN;DN;SWT27;UP;UP;UP;SWT29;DN;DN;DN;DN;DN;MN255;K30; CW RX 1000Hz AI0;K31;MN008;SWT53;SWT12;DN;DN;DN;SWT13;DN;DN;SWT24;DN;SWT27;UP;UP;UP;SWT29;DN;DN;DN;DN;DN;MN255;K30; The 400/1000 (bandwidth) settings both peak the audio response for pitch settings in the 700-800Hz range and have the effect of 'brightening' any cw sig in that window. You can then switch back to FLAT to quickly compare the difference. I mainly use CW and am interested in what RX EQ settings everyone else is using. 73 Doug GM0ELP -- View this message in context: http://n2.nabble.com/K3----configure-RX-TX-equalizer-using-macros-tp465559p684019.html Sent from the Elecraft mailing list archive at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________ Elecraft mailing list Post to: [email protected] You must be a subscriber to post to the list.
